EuroKayak Experience
Eurokayak Experience is an association of experienced administrator and sport managers dedicated to applying for grants on behalf of sport clubs through the European Union’s Erasmus+ program. Our innovative european youth exchange project connects clubs from different countries, fostering camaraderie, cultural exchange, and international collaboration through the sport of kayak polo.
We carry out projects within the European Union’s ERASMUS+ programme. Thanks to this, the trips will be practically free. Supported by European funding, this initiative provides clubs with the opportunity to travel to other clubs and engage in sports and cultural activities.
The project aims to create a network of clubs across Europe, as extensive as possible, allowing for annual exchanges where participants can enjoy kayak polo throughout the continent.

Project Overview
The EUKE project is aimed at kayak polo clubs or clubs with a kayak polo section located in European Union countries.
EUKE organises biannual projects between three clubs, with a preparation and drafting period that will depend on the complexity and submission deadlines to the EU. Once the project is approved, in the first year, each club will host a visit from another club and travel once. In the second year, they will host a visit from the third club and travel to the remaining one. At the end of this two-year cycle, the process begins again for two more years with different clubs.
EUKE will be responsible for selecting the three participating clubs from across the network for each project, with the aim of increasing the value of each exchange and adding an element of intrigue for the participants. During the project preparation discussions, we will seek out clubs with similar interests. The destinations will be revealed once the project is approved by the EU.
Trip Structure
The trips will last one week, with a similar structure of activities for all participants. The trips are organized over 7 days, following the same pattern to ensure that both host venues and travelers are familiar with the organization. Activities are divided into cultural experiences, which include visits to cities or points of interest, and sports activities that can encompass various sports or physical activities like hiking and kayaking. Additionally, there will be talks of interest that align with the project’s objectives.
Funding Structure
The cost of the trip is primarily covered by ERASMUS+ grant, which include funding for participants’ flights, accommodation, daily meals, transport, and scheduled activities. The EUKE team strives to ensure that the expenses for travellers are virtually zero, eliminating any additional costs for the clubs. Notably, EUKE’s fees are fully encompassed within the European funding, guaranteeing that clubs do not incur any extra expenses.
Participants for Travel
Each participating club will select between 8 and 10 members to take part in the annual activities. The EUKE exchange network covers programmes for young people aged between 13 and 30. Efforts will be made to tailor the activities to the ages of the participants
