At Eurokayak Experience, we’re a small but energetic team, filled with passion. Behind every project, there are two people who share a deep love for sports, but also for life in general. We like to think that our work reflects who we are: committed, approachable, and always ready to learn and enjoy the journey.
Telmo Tejedo
Co-Founder and Lead Coordinator.
Telmo is a true nature lover. Whether exploring the mountains or enjoying the sea, he’s always looking for new adventures. As a Sports Technician, he’s spent years training and playing kayak polo in Burriana, where he’s realized that sports are not just a way to compete, but also a fantastic opportunity to connect with others.
His real passion is seeing young people grow—not just as athletes, but as individuals—and how kayak polo fosters friendship and teamwork.
Outside of work, Telmo is an animal lover with an outgoing and fun personality, always ready to share a good laugh with those around him. To him, life is too short not to enjoy every moment.
Carlos Pallares
Co-Founder and Financial projects Manager.
Carlos is someone with an insatiable curiosity. He’s been managing sports projects for over 10 years, but his true passion lies in travel: not just for the journey, but for constantly finding new ways to connect with people from different cultures. He loves football in all its forms, but his true interest is in discovering the new and the different.
Whether it’s trying an exotic recipe or learning a new way of doing things, Carlos is always eager to broaden his horizons. He’s also a big food enthusiast, and there’s nothing he loves more than sharing a good meal, especially when surrounded by great company.
His approach to life is always open, optimistic, and full of a desire to enjoy every moment—whether at work or outside of it.
