The Whitewater Community brings together clubs and athletes involved in whitewater canoeing disciplines, creating opportunities for international exchanges, cooperation and shared learning experiences across Europe.
Currently focused on Slalom and Kayak Cross, this community is being developed as part of the wider EuroKayak Experience network, helping clubs connect with others who share similar training environments, technical challenges and sporting objectives..
About the Community
The Whitewater Community is designed to connect clubs that operate in dynamic whitewater environments and participate in disciplines such as Slalom and Kayak Cross.
Through discipline-based exchanges, athletes and coaches can discover new training methods, experience different facilities and learn from clubs facing similar sporting challenges.
As the community grows, it will create new opportunities for cooperation, mobility and long-term partnerships between whitewater clubs across Europe.
The objective is to establish a strong European network capable of supporting regular exchanges and future collaborative projects within the whitewater disciplines.
Exchange Opportunities
Clubs participating in the Whitewater Community may take part in international exchange programmes supported through Erasmus+.
These exchanges combine sporting activities, cultural experiences and educational opportunities, allowing athletes to train with other clubs, explore new whitewater venues and develop international friendships through sport.
Exchange programmes are organised through structured partnerships between clubs and coordinated by EuroSport Experience.

The Whitewater Community is currently expanding and actively seeking clubs interested in Slalom and Kayak Cross exchanges.
As more organisations join the network, the community will continue to grow and strengthen its capacity to deliver meaningful international experiences for athletes, coaches and clubs.
